|CONTINUOUS SYSTEM OLIVE OIL EXTRACTION PLANTS
Continuous systems also known as uninterrupted or constantly working system; are presses in which olive inflows from one side and olive oil ready for consumption outflows from the other side. In this system, olives are in constant movement within processing machines in order. Olivemax 31 is designed for olive growers who wish to get customer`s olive oil.
Olive Oil Extraction Plant is consisted of olive transport elevator and hopper, olive washing machine, crusher elevator and hopper, crusher, malaxer, monopump, decanter, oil pump, vibration screen, horizontal - vertical pomace elevator, resting tank, separator, oil basin with pump, heating unit, electric panel and consols.
Working Principle Of The Plant; Olives are stored in the hopper of olive defoliator and transported to washing machine. First leaves of olives are removed by leaf remover. Then olives are washed without giving harms to its pulp in the olive washing unit. Olives are transported to crusher by crusher elevator. Olives are crushed and become semi paste in crusher. Semi paste olives are mixed to obtain oil in malaxers. Monopump pumps the paste to decanter. Addition of water to paste is done by debimeter. Olive paste is separated out into olive oil, black water and pomace in decanter by the help of centrifugal force. Small particles in the oil and black water are taken by the vibration Screen. Oil is pumped to separator’s resting tank by oil pump. Pomace is transported outside of the plant by pomace elevators. Olive oil is ready to consume after separation of small particles in separator. Oil can be transfered anywhere by oil basin with a pump. Plant is controlled by electric control panel.
Thermal energy is provided by heating unit.

|2 Phase System (Ecological System):
Crushed olive is fed into the decanter without water through a pulp pump. Input product comes out of decanter as oil and pomace with blackwater. Eventually, the humidity rate of pomace coming out of 2 phase system is higher compared to 3 phase system, there is no water consumption. Blackwater comes out of decanter with pomace. Doesn't require water consumption in the decanter during pressing. Contains high humidity due to blackwater with pomace coming out of decanter. Hard to conserve. Phenol value is high compared to 3 phase system. Acid and peroxide values are the same.
3 Phase System (Classic System):
Completed olive knead is fed into the decanter with water addition in a specific amount and heat. Input product comes out of decanter as oil and pomace with blackwater. The humidity rate of pomace coming out of 3 phase system is lower compared to 2 phase system, water is added. Blackwater and pomace comes out of the decanter separately. Water with specific heat is added to decanter during pressing. Pomace humidity is two times lower than the 2 phase pomace. It is approximately 48 - 58%. Phenol value is low compared to 2 phase system. Acid and peroxide values are the same.
